Role Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced MEP Engineer to manage the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of our luxury property and new development projects, ensuring the utmost comfort for our guests while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities Design and oversee MEP systems for renovation and maintenance projects. Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure seamless integration with the property's features. Optimize system performance through technical analysis and innovative solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues during construction and post-commissioning phases. Monitor timelines, budgets, and compliance with local regulatory requirements. Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Engineer, preferably in the hospitality sector. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and fire safety protocols. Familiarity with design tools such as AutoCAD or Revit. A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields. Professional certifications (e. g. , LEED, PMP) will be considered a plus.
