Duties and Responsibilities:Drives consulting engineering and PM assignments on small and/or large projectsDrafts audit reports and associated technical specificationsCompiles and analyses offers from general contractorsEnsures the drafting of deliverables (proposals, descriptions, reports, notes, minutes), reviews and validates the deliverables produced by design teams (draftsmen, design engineers)Organizes, plans, and prioritizes projects or missionsMonitors the progress of projects until delivery/handover in compliance with contractual commitmentsIdentifies constraints and proposes solutionsEnsures the coordination of projectsPrepares, leads, and manages client meetings for projectsEnsures regular and accurate reporting throughout the projectManages, reviews, and approves technical designspresents reporting and conclusionsDrives and manages operations prior to acceptance and commissioning phasesCarries out constant monitoring of technologies and construction standards watchPromotes the entire portfolio of company offers to existing customer accountsProfessional Experience & Education/Competencies:Mandatory:MEP expertise in construction projects at industrial scaleExpertise in project managementEnglish: Professional proficiencyRelevant international experienceKnowledge in Data CentresFrench: B2/C1Spanish: B2/C1PMP CertificationSeniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionEngineering and Design #J-18808-Ljbffr
