**Job Description**:

- Performing quality control services for the construction of commercial buildings under the regulation of Italian so called Direzione Lavori.

- Designing MEP systems for civil construction, knowledge of applicable regulations, as well as the ability to manage the delivery of the construction services.

- Proven knowledge of international sustainability protocols such as LEED and Well and basic knowledge about Net Zero construction and reduction of CO2 emissions.

**Qualifications**:

- From 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the design and construction of commercial buildings.

- High proficiency in English and Italian
