Our HR Transformation Practice supports our clients People Strategy with a specific focus on HR Processes, Organization, Technology and InnovationAs an HR Transformation & Digital Consultant you will:
Develop deep expertise in the digital area:
Support our clients in defining their HR strategy and according valuesElaborate business case and technical evaluation for HR IT-systemsAnalyse and revise current HR processes to more efficient ways of workingContribute to the design of a delivery model for their HR servicesAdvise our clients on the design and implementation of HR transformation programmes andhelp them to select the best HR information system that suits their needsUnderstand and map our clients' end-to-end HR-process and collaborate closely with HR Advisory to propose improvements in the HR processesImplement our clients' requirements into an HR IT-system and follow-up after the go-live data to respond to questions or concernsAnd you will also:
2-3 Years of experience in technology and HR process transformationUniversity Master Degree in Economics / Organization/ Management, EngineeringStrong passion for innovation, process re-engineering, organization designing, analytics, performance evaluation, technology trendsStrong organizational and communication skills to support the design, implement and coordinate development projectsStrong results orientation and attention to detailsEnergy and capability to manage multitasking and complex situationsExcellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel)Knowledge of digital platforms (ie.
SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle), and Analytics tool will be a plusItalian and English proficiencyThe position is based in Milan.
