**What can you expect?
Mercer offers many exciting and fruitful positions as Junior Analyst in Investment Advisory. ** **The Analyst will be part of the team supporting Institutional Investors in the following activities**: asset allocation, manager selection, risk management and ESG integration.
As a Mercer Intern you will support the Wealth-Investment team in all activities related to the calculation, analysis and monitoring on investments data and to the communication with investment managers and our clients.
You will also have the opportunity to:
- Execute calculation on investment data provided by our clients, checking of reports
- Communicate with investment managers on deep dives and on specific lines of investments
- Prepare financial reports using Mercer tools for analysis and modelling
- Be part of team that supports client in the selection of investment managers
- Contribute to the delivery of routine queries for clients, investment managers, third parties
- Support to delivery of working documents (such us proposals, relations and manuals) of high quality and on time
- Support the preparation of presentations for clients
**What you need to have**:
- University Master Degree in economics and Finance
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Strong results orientation
- Attention to details
- Energy and capability to manage multitasking and complex situations
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point)
- Italian and English proficiency
