**What Mercer can offer?
As a Mercer Intern you will support the **Wealth Management team in all activities related to the calculation, analysis and monitoring on investments data provided by our clients **and to the communication with investment managers and our clients.
In particular, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support to monitoring and execution of calculation on investment data provided by our clients, checking of reports
- Contribute to the communication with investment managers on deep dives and on specific lines of investments
- Participation to set and run of financial reports using Mercer strategic modeling tools
- Be part of team that supports client in the selection of investment managers
- Contribute to the delivery of routine Queries for clients, investment managers, third parties
- Support to delivery of working documents (such us proposals, relations and manuals) of high quality and on time
- Support the preparation of presentations for clients
- Leverage the opportunity to further develop your skills and support other Mercer's teams in different HR consulting areas
**What you need to have?
- Master Degree in Economics or Finance
- Fluency in both Italian and English languages
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel and Outlook)
- Knowledge of digital, social and business networks (plus)
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Strong results orientation and attention to details
- Strong energy and capability to manage multitasking and complex situations
