Merchandise Operations Specialist
Job purposeAs an operational merch specialist you are the main contact person regarding everything associated with operations of our product collection.
You will support the product team in delivering back office goals, streamline processes and linking multiple departments (product, allocation, demand planning, buying, master data).
You will also provide analytics and insights together with Merchandising Planning and buying team to drive sales and optimize inventory and will support operational excellence. ResponsibilitiesOperations supportStreamline operational processes and increase efficiency and quality.
Build strong relationships with all departments and stakeholdersBe the first contact person regarding product questions from different departmentsBe responsible of the price set up and system update as well as price checks during the seasonForecast input in C8 systemUpdate tracking launches file for HQResponsible of masterdata for online channelsItems system set up and update (SDP Approval, SF, C8)Sample managementCommunicate with the logistics department about status shipmentsReporting - Summarize European market feedback and research reports and share with key stakeholders- Support preparing presentations based on merchandising and productDeliver weekly sales figures reports to HQSales database updatePre PO format plan updateAnalyze sales performance and propose in season actions to be takenLead competitor benchmarking and trend researchProduce and prepare all in-sales reports to track main KPI'sSupport during key meetings and SAM eventsSupport any other tasks that maybe be necessary and requestedJob requirementsExperience and educationBachelor diploma> 3-4 years of relevant working experience in the fashion industry preferably in an analytical roleSelf-motivated with the discipline to complete tasks independently.
