We are the only niche fragrance brand vertically integrated, everything is artisanally produced. Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser Coordinator to join our team in Milan.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, managing inventory, and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives.

This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the ordering process, managing order confirmations and customer communication. Address order-related issues, including pricing, confirmations, and delivery updates. Assist the Demand Planner in inventory tracking, stock allocation, and reporting. Provide administrative support for demand planning and forecasting activities. Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving targets. Support retail merchandising training to enhance store execution. Assist the sales team in meetings and presentations. Prepare and distribute weekly inventory reports. Create PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use. RequirementsA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. Fluent/native English and Italian speaker (Mandatory). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP are mandatory). Good experience with PowerPoint. Any knowledge of programming is a plus. Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus.
