**The Jobs

- Collaborate with buyers, customers, and vendors to negotiate prices, quantities, product design/features, and project timelines.

- Ensure vendors have a good understanding of REWE requirements, product specifications and the required quality level.

- Fulfill assigned turnover targets, perform sourcing activities and support the execution of business development plans.

- Provide professional merchandising services to buyers and headquarters in Europe.

- Provide accurate and timely information to peer groups to ensure alignment on quality requirements.

- Track order status and proactively identify and report risk of late shipment.

- Work closely with the team to ensure accurate and timely recording of orders in the systems.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferable in European buying offices.

- Familiar with European quality standards and requirements.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of the team in a cross-cultural environment.

- Solution-oriented, attention to details, and always striving for customer success and excellent service.

- Mature personality with a high level of independence and integrity.

- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

- Flexible with business trips.

- Less experience will be considered as Junior Merchandiser.
