Within the Europe & Middle East retail network, the Merchandiser - Man provides support in ensuring the stores' product assortment according to the budget and the analysis performed.

**Main Responsibilities

Support the creation of feedback to HQ on products, customer behavior, competitors, business opportunities

Support the validation of proposed assortment and define quantities

Participation during the buying session to the sales plan definition by cluster and by store

Help to define, propose and implement product assortments by cluster

Provide weekly and monthly reports

Nourish competency on business and markets by regular presence in stores 20% of the time

Increase sales associates competencies in the stores through animation and training on selling techniques and propositions

Promote and nurture in-store category expertise by being and active category ambassadors among the whole network

Make sure each store is providing customers an effective presentation and experience of the category

**Profile**:

Bachelor / Master Degree

2/3 years' experience in Luxury product Merchandising

Knowledge of the main market players and strong sense of fashion

Ability to understand current market trends and buying strategy

Excellent merchandising skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Skills in the analysis of sales and market data

Ability to both communicate and negotiate effectively

Proficiency in English
