Alpinestars is currently recruiting for a **Merchandiser** **(urban - touring - gloves - race sport)**for its R&D Department based in its European Head Quarter located in Asolo, Italy.

The scope of the role is to analyze the market and define the collection strategy starting from market trends and guaranteeing business plan targets (collection quality and structure, marginality, Time-to-Market).

**Posizione**:

- Defines the strategical merchandising plan structuring the collection proposal;

- Defines CSF and product functional specifications as well as collection positioning in terms of price and target;

- Presents collection to General Management, Media and Sales team during each CCP session;

- Analyzes market trends and collection performance carrying out SWOT analysis;

- Cooperates with Sales Team for Sales Summit preparation;

- Supervises collection development cooperating with Designers, Product Development, Innovation, Material Research, Sales, Planning and Media departments;

- Defines briefs for external consultants.
