What will you do – responsibilities: Follow and support the implementation of the new integrated Merchandising strategies coordinating the external Partners (that is supporting JTI all over Italy) and the Sales function. Support the team in the development of semi-permanent materials, following each step of the process (from the planning phase to the delivery to Sales Rep). Design new and innovative ways of communicating the main Brands Activities at POS (both temporary and semi-permanent POS Materials solution) with the support of the external creative agencies. Monitor and report internally competitor's activities on Merchandising programs. Support the Field Force into the deployment of ad hoc projects in the Point of Sales. Provide tailored assessment and analysis to support the implementation of the Merchandising projects. Who are we looking for – requirements: University Degree Fluent English 2/3 years of working experience in similar roles (proven experience in Sales is a plus) Good project management skills Strong communication skills, teamworking Adaptability and flexibility skills Good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point and Excel) and SAP (as a plus) What to expect: Expect wellbeing initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a unique family leave policy.
