Your role at KIKO MILANO We are looking for a Merchandising Intern to join KIKO MILANO, reporting to the Merchandising Specialist.

This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, international environment where beauty meets innovation.

The Merchandising Intern will be responsible for operative support to the Merchandising Specialist in the development of display/couvette materials for launches' visibility for Direct Operated Stores WW.

He/She assures support to the execution of projects linked to innovation launches respecting launch timings and in-store guidelines according to brand image gold rules.

Moreover, He/She assures operative support to the team on special projects.

In particular, you will: Support the team for the creation of in-store materials for new launchesUnder Merchandising Specialist supervision, support on: brief preparation, prototype/color check & fine tuning (to be validated with graphic team), time to market monitoring, code requests and communication to other departments (i. e. , supply of final P1&P2 samples)Responsible for order entry in SAPPeriodical update of the life cycle/POP Catalogue files and databaseOperative support to checking codes on ciano proof; merchandising material set up for presentationsSupport in developing internal presentations and weekly documents to share guidelines with storesSupport on ad hoc projects for franchising activationsArchive managementSupport to stores' specific requestsWhat you will need to succeed: Degree/Master in Economy or MarketingExcellent analytical skillsPrevious experience in Retail / Trade Marketing will be a plusPassion for the beauty business and good understanding of the retail industry and trendsGood knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)SAP knowledge is a plusFluent in English, other languages are a plusWe would love if you had: Ability to learn on the jobProblem-solving skills, detail-orientedAbility to think outside the box and provide creative solutionsStrong empathy and communication skillsA solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work accurately at paceHighly collaborative style & willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teamsOpenness to a culture of continuous feedbackKIKO is committed to expanding its efforts to ensure Equal Opportunities and pays particular attention to the integration of people with disabilities within the company.
