Our client is an important multinational company, with a leading position in the Beauty Sector.

With the aim of strengthening the Trade Marketing Department, we are looking for a:

**MERCHANDISING MANAGER**:

**Main responsibilities**:

Reporting to the Retail & Trade Marketing Manager, the Merchandising Manager plans for the brand, taking in charge activities, following up materials availability and supporting field managers and the whole Retail team.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all architectural and construction activities required for the renovation or creation of a new counter, backwall;

- Manage external suppliers to ensure refits, openings, installations are done one time, following brand requirements and within budget parameters;

Collaborate with EMEA designers to ensure that counter lay-outs match retail guidelines;

- Manage all VM/ Store design orders: quotes, invoices and logistics;

- Adapt Global VM tools for the field/ suppliers;

- Undertake regular VM reviews and field visits;

- Responsible for VM/Store Design budget

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field;

- Merchandising Experience in relevant Beauty/Luxury Companies;

- Upper intermediate level of English

- Highly organised with flexible approach and attention to details;

- Proactive, positive, hard-worker;

- Ability to work independently once strategy and direction is identified, while maintaining strong visibility for the organization;

- Operational attitude

Milano, with 2 days a week of smart-working.
