**What you'll be doing
- Be responsible for the day to day management of our Italian suppliers
- Managing office budgets, organising meetings and managing databases
- Work collaboratively and closely with the UK based buying & merchandising teams to manage the critical path, ensuring the full end to end process runs smoothly
- Ordering stationery and furniture for the Italy office
- Manage & maintain great supplier relationships to ensure no delays or slippage
- Manage multiple spreadsheets and trackers for all stock
- Work closely with the Sourcing manager & Ethical compliance manager based in Italy
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
- Work collaboratively with all other group roles to deliver the business goals and objectives
- Always be looking for ways to improve and speed up processes.

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail when managing booking dates and ensuring that intake and category targets are adhered to.
