**What you will be doing

Help our Merchant base in being always ready to accept Satispay!

We are looking for a Merchant Customer Care who wants to level-up their career in the payment industry.

If you are highly motivated and have experience in customer service, we are hiring for a Merchant Customer Care to join our team in Milan.

Essential Job Functions:

- Give service activation support by inbound and outbound calls;

- Manage large amounts of incoming tickets,

- Manage all orders for in-store visibility materials shipping (every new shop must receive our welcome kit within a few days from activation)

- Collaborate with other internal teams such as compliance, business development, and account management, to ensure the best possible activation of our merchants

- Contribute to process improvement in merchant support by identifying sources of merchant issues

- Collect and share merchant insights with Marketing, Product, and other internal teams
