Maire Group is looking for an intern to join the Group M&A team.

The resource will help evaluate and recommend growth acceleration projects through mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

The analyst will monitor Maire Group's strategic and competitive landscape, gather industry intelligence and execute potential transactions.

Some other responsibilities include: Identifying, assessing and executing inorganic growth opportunities across existing and new marketsCreating and maintaining updated financials models for targets evaluation and monitoringPreparing board and C-level strategic and financial presentationsDeveloping and maintaining a deep understanding of emerging trends and market dynamics for each market segment of interestSupporting the Group's divisions, together with senior members of the team, to review and execute potential investment opportunitiesWorking on cross-functional teams to manage deals and execute due diligenceHelping to lead integration efforts for acquisitionsRequirements: Master Degree in Business, Finance or AccountingUse of MS Office, Excel, OutlookInterest in corporate finance and M&AGood financial modeling skillsHighly motivated, combining strategic thinking, hardworking attitude and attention to detailsAbility to work in team in a flexible and proactive wayPrevious stage in audit, private equity, and/or in-house on a corporate development team would be considered as favourite
