Maire Group is looking for an intern to join the Group M&A team.

The resource will help evaluate and recommend growth acceleration projects through mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

The analyst will monitor Maire Group's strategic and competitive landscape, gather industry intelligence and execute potential transactions.

Some other responsibilities include: Identifying, assessing and executing inorganic growth opportunities across existing and new markets Creating and maintaining updated financials models for targets evaluation and monitoring Preparing board and C-level strategic and financial presentations Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of emerging trends and market dynamics for each market segment of interest Supporting the Group's divisions, together with senior members of the team, to review and execute potential investment opportunities Working on cross-functional teams to manage deals and execute due diligence Helping to lead integration efforts for acquisitions Requirements: Master Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting Use of MS Office, Excel, Outlook Interest in corporate finance and M&A Good financial modeling skills Highly motivated, combining strategic thinking, hardworking attitude and attention to details Ability to work in team in a flexible and proactive way Previous stage in audit, private equity, and/or in-house on a corporate development team would be considered as favourite #J-18808-Ljbffr
