We're seeking a Business Development Manager to support Southeast Europe who's ready to help us deliver on our commitments today, plan our strategy for the future and leave their fingerprints on the organization for years to come. In a time of exciting transformation at Otis, this is an opportunity to play a role at Otis, supporting the Business Development Group in developing and executing on mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships. The position allows to enter into the dynamics of M&A deals within a group that operates at national and international level, making an essential contribution to their execution and having an overall vision of this strategic process.

The SEE Business Development Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Business Development, SEE.

The candidate will be trained by internal resources with expertise in the field. Ideally this position will be located in Bologna, Italy or Milan. AS A SEE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, YOUR RESPONSABILITIES WILL INCLUDE:Support BD Leader of SEE to build a strong inorganic growth in ItalySupport M&A Deals in Other SEE countries & Coordinate End-to-End Approval processSupport on the execution of M&A Deals: preparation of Valuation Model (VM), oversee Due Diligences & Corporate Approval Request (CAR) processes to obtain Senior Management approval. Prepare Presentations for Senior Management reviewsImplement post-acquisition review to evaluate performance versus business case.

Use deal performance to update assumptions for future deals and capture lessons learn for future acquisition integrationImplement a standard process of post-Investment reviewsExecute pre-closing checks of M&A DealsSupport on Internal transactions execution (mergers, transfer of assets, change of ownership)Support the Integration Process and the operational project, track progress & brief management of the status, assist on key actions to mitigate risks, and ensure synergies are realized as per business case. Ensure the execution of M&A and Integration Standard Processes and their TrackingEDUCATION:Degree in Economics or Management Engineering. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 3-5 years' work experience in corporate or consultancy contexts in a similar roleAbility to collaborate with international cross-functional teamsStrong analytical skillsExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package in particular Excel and Power PointExcellent knowledge of EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Good knowledge of general and management accountingIn-depth knowledge of M&A deals and company valuation modelsPrevious experience in Elevator industryLocal Benefits or Selling Statement:Permanent ContractSmart working (partial)PDRWelfareLa ricerca è rivolta a candidature di entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91.
