The Client: Our client is a leading renewable energy developer and investor with a global presence which is seeking an Associate to join their Milan team.

This role offers the opportunities to work on different renewable technologies and you will play a key role in origination and execution.

As part of a lean team, you will get a lot of ownership of responsibilities and exposure to senior management.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence processes Develop and maintain detailed financial models Support deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution.

Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and investors.

Monitor industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the renewable energy sector.

Collaborate with internal teams, external advisors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless deal execution.

Assist in post-merger integration planning and strategy development Key Requirement: 5+ years of experience in M&A in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector.

Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.

Knowledge of Italian renewable energy markets, regulations, and investment trends.

Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages are a plus.
