Position Mission

The proposal manager mission is to coordinate all the activities related with the creation of the new offers in accordance with the customer needs.

**Responsibilities

The proposal manager operates under Engineering Management in accordance to the Bidding/Commercial Management during a bid process.

He is responsible of the definition of the best technical solution and the best trade-off of the costs related with the tender.

He elaborates costs estimate and creates a draft of the offer, collecting the contributions expressed by the different groups of competence of the Engineering structure and by the Operations.

He coordinates the budgeting activities during the tender in compliance with the deadlines and requirements established by the tender.

He reports the determination of any opportunities (savings) or additional costs and contingencies for the mitigation of any risks in the operation estimates of the offer.

He has in charge, when requested, the technical docs in accordance with the tender in order to illustrate to the customer the technical features of the proposal.

**Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience

- Engineering Degree (5 years)

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Fluency in English

- At least 3 years of experience in managing tenders (best in Engineering management)

- Strong time management skills
