Methodology And Quality Controls Specialist
In line with the Company standards, the Methodology and Quality Controls Specialist supports the Methodology and Quality Controls Manager in creating a structured repository of processes and procedures and in rolling out recurring quality controls plan.
- At least 3 years' experience in Audit e-/o Risk consulting;
- Experience in transactional processes (AP, AR) is considered a plus;
- Fluent English (written, oral); any additional European language is considered an advantage;
- IT advanced literacy;
- Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration, Finance;
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;-Multitasking ability and handling stress and working under pressure capacity;
- Effective communicator, self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work in a team environment.
- Support the Methodology and Quality Controls Manager in drafting processes and procedures to be approved by Accounting Shared Service Centre Senior Manager;
- Follow up the requests to amend-/ updated procedures-/ processes agreed;
- Take care to structure a repository to store approved documents;
- In agreement with the Methodology and Quality Controls Manager and the Accounting Shared Service Centre Senior Manager, formalize a methodology and the metrics for quality controls;
- In agreement with the Methodology and Quality Controls Manager and the Accounting Shared Service Centre Senior Manager, formalize the quality controls plan and, with the support of Managers-/ Team Leaders, run the activities planned.
