Mgr Value Stream Production I
The Value Stream Manager **is responsible for the production cycle of Value Stream organizing the production department from internal incoming of parts and components to finished cranes delivery.
- Guarantee the maximum quality level of products through lines quality inspections.
- Ensure training and information of employees.
- Ensure the compliance to the company safety standards.
- Guarantee that all stages of production are clearly defined and visible for the whole organization.
Main skills to be successful in this role are:
- Technical backgroud, degree in engineering will be preferable
- Previous experience in complex production enviroment
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge
- Flexibility and proactivity
- Leadership
- Teambuilding
