Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a MICE Healthcare - Project Manager at OIC Group.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of events and conferences for healthcare corporates.

Some work will be located in the Florence, Italy Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to work from home. Qualifications Project management, event planning, and coordination skillsExperience in managing HCP Meetings and Corporate events for healthcare companiesStrong organization and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProblem-solving and decision-making skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management toolsAbility to work in a team and independentlyFluency in Italian and EnglishDeep experience in the meetings & events industry is essentialExperience in the skincare and haircare events is an added value
