Mice Logistic Manager
Balich wonder studio - Brand Experiences and Exhibit Business Unit are searching for a Mice Logistic Manager for some of its projects with specific focus on incentive, logistic and guest experience.
In cooperation with the Head of Guest Management, the Mice Logistic Manager is responsible for the execution of the Guest Management area and logistic of projects from the planning phase to the operational one, including budget and high-level delivery.
Key contact with the Client and working closely with other internal departments, the Mice logistic Manager ensures that an exemplary quality of service is maintained, and projects are managed appropriately with the standards of the company.
Moreover, has a background in budget management.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain a good relationship with Clients
- Location/hotel scouting in response to the Client's brief
- Budget management to follow the Client's requirements and production needs to achieve the best result in terms of client and project results.
- Research and supplier management
- Responsible of the final delivery of the Event
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years' experience in Event industry (Convention, incentive, roadshow, guest management for luxury brands)
- Strong worldwide knowledge of location and hotels
- Excellent communication skills in order to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- Strong facilitation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
- International approach in terms of project delivery and international team coordination
- Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues
- Time Management Skills and ability to cope with several projects at a time
- English and Italian, professional working proficiency
- Open to travel
- High level on Office Package, most important Excel and strong knowledge of registration tools
