Technical project coordination with responsibility for timing, quality and cost.

Support and coordination of projects in the RFQ Phase together with the responsible Account Manager.

Self dependent elaborating of concepts incl.

selection of materials and processes.

Execution of development projects with creation and analysis of CAD data.

Ensure that legal and customer requirements are observed.

Analysis of the customer specifications and demands of the customer to create and update customer specific SGA.

Risk management in terms ofpotential development results and coordination of component optimization Application of quality management system IATF16949 and project documentation as required Creating test procedures and analyzing test results as executing of corrective actions.

Establish and foster good relationship with customers and engineering suppliers.

Completion of Lessons Learned after end of development project.

Creation of D FMEAs.

Supporting customer teams on high risk projects.

Profile Bachelor degree in engineering or similar education Competence in leading a team.

Knowledge of plastic material, FMEA, Design to cost, Six Sigma Develops effective relationships with people within the organization Strong analysis and problem solving skills Good communication skill on technical and business issues Minimum of 5 years experience in product design for specialty plastic components for Automotive Industry Minimum of 5 years experience in Automotive Engineering Ability to collaborate cooperatively in an international team environment English language fluent Job OfferOttima opportunit di carriera.
