Responsability:

- Effectively manage the interaction with the Customer, identifying all customer requirements and underpinning needs.

Work with the customer in the requirement definition, to guarantee the quality and the completeness of the solution, respecting project timelines.

- Guarantee a high quality of deliverables in terms of functional requirements gathering and formalization, and use case definition

- Effectively interact with the delivery team, translating the business requirements into technical specifications in a clear and complete way.

- Verify the correctness of the implemented solution, guiding the functional test phase

- Build a strong and trusted relationship with client stakeholders

- Effectively communicate with both the customer and the delivery team

- Coordinate and train junior resources

- Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Business administration

- Experience in analyzing an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with Microsoft365 technology.

- Experience in identifying Modern Workplace customer requirements and defining the future state and/or business solution.

- Excellent communication skills, analytical attitude and ability to gather and synthesize information.
