This is your chance to make a lasting mark on the future of enterprise IT at PNO!Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)Administer EntraID, focusing on identity management, conditional access, MFA, and Zero Trust policiesImplement top-tier security and compliance measures including DLP, threat protection, and continuous monitoringAutomate M365 administration using PowerShell scripting and Power AutomateTroubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft 365 issues as the go-to escalation expertLead exciting migration and modernization projects, including hybrid deployments and legacy system transitionsIntegrate Microsoft 365 with third-party enterprise applications using Graph and other toolsDevelop and enforce smart governance policies for user access, licensing, and information protection5-10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 configuration and administrationDeep expertise in managing EntraID and implementing security and compliance features (DLP, Purview)Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation techniquesProven track record in managing migration projects across diverse environments (on-prem/cloud)Strong background in virtual server administration and ITSM softwareExcellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, innovative approachExperience working in international, multidisciplinary IT organizationsFluent in English with outstanding communication skills. Italian and/or Dutch is nice to have.
