In today's digital business era, we are challenged to exceed customer expectations faster and better than our competition.

This requires the Importante Azienda of the company's existing business processes and the modernization of its CRM/ERP systems, with the migration from current legacy IT systems to a modern Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP environment.

The transformation of our processes and systems for the international businesses will span a minimum of three years and include multiple regions and countries.

An ERP Team is leading this global transformation of which you will be part of.

The primary platform for delivery is Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM, integrated with CPQ tool for quote configuration and pricing.

You are responsible for:

Analyzing client requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet client needs and convert these into functional specs and functional design documents

Functional consulting in Designing and Developing D365 solutions for clients on CRM module

Participating in the development of user stories and technical specifications, unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans, perform SIT testing

Facilitating functional sessions and weekly status meetings with team members with the responsibility to drive decisions

Producing appropriate documentation to a high standard according to project methodology and phase

Your Profile:

3 years of experience as a Functional or Business Analyst, Solutions or Technical Consultant in AX/D365 CRM module with multiple implementations

Work experience on Key CRM module areas like opportunity and quote management, customer and account management and product management, including integration experience between CRM and ERP using dual write.

Experience reviewing business needs, researching potential solutions, and providing solid process and technical recommendations

Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as the Power Platform (Power Apps, Flow, Power BI), Business Analytics and Cubes is a plus

CRM experience within software development business or healthcare business is a plus

Ability to communicate technical aspects to non-technical shareholders

You take ownership of projects and project deliverables

A professional attitude in all communications with customers and team members

Fluent English, spoken and written is essential.

Knowledge of German, French or Italian is an asset

Desired Certifications:

Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/D365 CRM experience (certification is a plus)

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (Applications), Engineering, Math, Science, Technology, or related field

Strong customer relationship skills (The ability to obtain stakeholder buy-in and engage participants at all levels involved in discussions)

Self-motivation and be driven to achieve professional success and be able to empower other members of the team to do the same

Demonstrated problem solving, attention to detail and critical thinking skills

Additional Information:

Ability to travel to client locations, as required

Strong communication skills.

Knowledge of German, French or Italian is an asset.
