**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Support key users with process documentation (incl.

process mapping, SOPs, and WIPs drafting) for supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, product life-cycle management, and advance inventory warehouse management

- Support key users with standardization of systems documentation and adapting training materials to site specificities

- Coordinate site ownership of training materials - map site key user roles against trainings and accesses

- Ensure capability and knowledge of key users within the site is sustainable, perennial, and recyclable

- Improve the capabilities of site personnel on GxP system documentation maintenance

- Support the execution of testing protocols, test transcript migration into Proton, PQ testing in Proton (incl.

Dry Runs), PQ testing / user acceptance testing

- Eliminate regulatory gaps in terms of GxP system documentation (new needs and maintenance are up to date)

- Support business and IT during the hypercare phase by clarifying system change requests (facilitating requirements gathering in coordination with the implementation team)

- Capitalize on process standardization opportunities across sites in the use of the ERP when possible

- Anticipate system dependencies and ensure data communication exchange across system interfaces remains solid after enhancements

- Coordinate cutover activities with key users and IT such as master data cleansing, master data updates, and data migration plans in coordination with the implementation team

- Provide a transversal vision of all the business projects and activities associated with D365 Implementation and keep business PMO tools to monitor ERP implementation progress

- Establishing and maintain effective communication channels for operative (with key users) and tactical work with Site Heads, IT and Business Project Managers to guarantee project success

- Go-live support and handholding of key users during the ramp up period

**Requirements**:

- Technical understanding of D365

- GxP Background

- Over 5 years of overall professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365

- At least 2 full cycle D365 implementation experiences preferred

- Supply chain knowledge

- Background in Pharma/Life Science is preferred

- Understand the types of data insights that can be extracted from the ERP that could improve decision making for Technical Operations (Supply Chain and Manufacturing)

- Should have skills in Identifying and resolving issues by analyzing functionality and determining solutions

- Should be proactive and ensure task is completed as per expectations

- Must be willing to be onsite at least 30-50% of the time

- Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)
