**Position**:

For our office in **Rome **or **Home based** we are currently looking for a **Solution Architect (M/F/d).

**You are responsible for**:

- Working to map overall design to our business requirements and systems, ensuring solutions align with business goals and processes, and fit within the enterprise context;

- Facilitating discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of software products, customizations, and integrations to meet those needs within Dynamics 365;

- Strong understanding of when to use of native features in Dynamic 365 and when it is appropriate to use custom development.

Ability to successfully communicate this information to both the business areas and IT staff;

- Participating with project teams (e. g. , consultant, where appropriate, project manager, BA(s), developer(s), business area(s), etc. )

to develop a solution proposal that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and technology solution options to meet project goals as well as longer term needs;

- Maintaining knowledge of third party software vendors to leverage complementary offerings and effectively compare and contrast solutions;

- Providing current best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design documents;

- Communicating complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills;

- Ensuring that all solutions are lightweight, scalable, completely secure, and built to an appropriate level of quality;

- Assisting and support other programmers in development, techniques and coding assignments;

- Researching and recommend new and existing technologies to meet business needs, including creating prototypes, design documents, and solution designs;

- Planning and prioritize activities;

- Reporting activities and progress to the management on a weekly basis;

- Working on multiple projects at the same time.

**Requirements**:

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (Applications), Engineering, Math, Science, Technology, or related field

- At least 7 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 with strong knowledge of and experience with platform capabilities, out of the box configurations, customizations, and integration with other components;

- Experience with the CE, Sales, Event Management/Marketing, Customer Service modules within Dynamics 365;

- Experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O;

- Experience working with Dynamics 365 PSA or project operations is a plus;

- Experience working with data migration and loading for Dynamics 365;

- Experience in full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with knowledge of Agile and /or Waterfall methodology;

- Knowledge in data warehouse, ETL, data modeling is a plus;

- Experience managing workshops, reviewing business needs, researching potential solutions and providing solid process and technical recommendations.

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, including effectively communicating with technical and non-technical team members;

- Detail oriented with excellent organization and analytical skills;

- Ability to plan and take initiatives to accomplish objectives in timely fashion;

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, supervisors, and employees from other departments.
