**Job Description**:

We are looking to fill management positions in both our sales and customer success departments.

Primary responsibilities:

- Lead a team of 3-5 motivated people

- Proactively monitor KPIs and coach team to reach their objectives

- Create and improve processes, maintain and communicate procedures

- Interview and train new recruits for your team

**Qualifications**:

- minimum of 3 years of management experience in a medium to large company

- For sales management: at least 2 years' experience in high ticket sales

- Languages required: Italian - native/bilingual proficiency; English - basic working proficiency

- Passion for financial markets or sales will put you ahead of the competition
