**Role and Responsibilities**:

The Senior Business Analyst role will have the opportunity to be involved in international projects for multinational corporation, coordinate team resourses, provide his experience and skills both as **functional competencies **and as **technical competencies** in configuring and implementing different SAP modules (SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP PM, others. . ) and other technologies (such as MES implementation).

The resource will be assigned to our **Production, Scheduling and Execution Business Unit.

In parallel, the resource is expected to be involved in the business development of the business unit helping the BU leader in creating new offerings, scouting new prospects and evaluating new opportunities.

Working on digital transformation and business process re-engineering projects, you will be involved in the following **main activities**:

- **Process analysis**: Collecting and analyzing business requirements to define and implement operating models.

- **Process redesign**: Conducting functional analysis and system customization to support project implementation and development. Reviewing system functionalities based on current configuration and/or technical specifications.

- **Process automation**: Utilizing disruptive technologies such as drones, interconnected solutions, dashboards, big data, and cloud to automate processes and standardize procedures.

- **Business process optimization**: Assisting in the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions or other technological platforms, ranging from model and process design to implementation.

- **Creating presentations** to effectively communicate with business references OR stakeholders.

- **Conducting training sessions** for key users and providing post go-live support.

**Qualifications**:

**Technical and functional skills**:

- Master's degree in one of the following fields: Management / Energy / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.

- Strong interest in business processes, technology and Industry 5. 0

- Strong knowledge of SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP PM, SAP WM/EWM and Operations process.

- Knowledge of ABAP language or other programming languages is an asset.

- Years of experience in SAP project implementation, S4 Hana migration and roll out.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

- Professional working proficiency level of English is a must.
