No Offer Description The research is directed to investigate Legal Clinics, a method of teaching law based on experiential teaching, aimed at fostering in the student the growth of knowledge and values and oriented toward the promotion of social justice. The research, starting from the legal aid service of Legal Clinics workers to migrants in the territory, will analyze the link between norms and practice, in the field of rights and social integration. The research aims to: Verify the legal issues affecting migrants, especially non-EU migrants, by examining the legislative and jurisprudential framework; Identify the criticalities and dysfunctions of the normative system and application practices in the areas of interest; Formulate practical proposals for the construction of alternative scenarios that respect the dignity of the person; Identify innovative legal tools to increase students' knowledge towards the general issues of justice.
