As an Area Manager, you'll ensure your site runs smoothly to meet customer demand. You will lead a team that helps maintain safety, efficiency, and quality while taking on various projects to drive productivity.

Key Job ResponsibilitiesPromote a culture of safety and wellbeing. Analyse and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity meet business objectives. Support and lead a team while managing administrative work and fostering a strong team culture. Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and enhance customer service. Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes. A Day in the LifeYou'll work shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing on maintaining safety standards and process efficiency. Your daily tasks will include team management, operational tasks, individual escalations, process improvements, and contingency planning.

About the TeamCustomer Fulfilment (CF) is the backbone of Amazon, handling over 1. 5 million orders daily. The CF team is essential in managing dynamic inventory and facilitating speedy deliveries.

Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree (or working towards a bachelor's degree). Advanced proficiency in written and verbal Arabic and English. Relevant experience in performing data analysis. Preferred QualificationsPreferred qualifications are not required to apply. However, experience communicating with various stakeholders, working in a logistical environment, and proficiency in the MS Office suite is advantageous.
