We are looking for a Mill HR Business Partner (HRBP) based at our plant located in Romagnano Sesia (Novara).
The Mill HRBP isbothastrategicand hands on role throughpartneringwiththeBusiness Leadersand employees within the manufacturing facilities onday to day HR guidance and supporttohelpdevelop and deliverthepeople strategy andbusinesssolutions.
You will also have a strong collaboration with other parts of HR to align key priorities with the business and to deliver professional service, as well as will collaborate with Mill Managers and Team leaders, HR, employees, Union and HR COE teams.
As part of the Mill Leadership Team, this role reports directly to the HR Country Manager and is an individual contributor (no direct reports).
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate end to end performance management process for the facility.
- Collaborate with Regional/Global HR & Labour relations team in building and maintaining a labour relations and union negotiation strategy (e. g. , Works Councils, Collective Bargaining)
- Lead and implement labor relations union negotiations and employee/labor relations case
- Ensure legal policies and procedures (including region-specific compliance requirements) are followed and maintained
- Consul with Leaders for the Organizational communication, ensuring following global

- Working with T&A team to ensure the proper recruiting process are followed
- Identify business compensation needs and partner with COE to find solutions and/or provide compensation consulting to leaders, in order to attract and retain team members.
**Ideal Experience**:
- Significant experience in HR as HR Generalist, HR Manager or HR Business Partner preferably in a multinational company and in a manufacturing environment
- Leadership experience (prior experience at a site leadership level)
- Experience in labor relations and working in a unionized environment
- Degree or post graduate degree qualified
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, breakthrough thinking & facilitating relationships comprising of different levels of employees
- Experienced in CI (continuous improvement or LEAN tools)
