You will serve as a MISSION SUPPORT SPECIALIST in the Office of the Judge Advocate General (OJAG), Naval Legal Services Command (NLSC), Department of the Navy (DON), Capodichino, Italy.

I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following:

Serving as the primary liaison for all incoming contacts to the Department, i. e. , receiving all personal contact information of personnel contacting the department.

Greeting visitors, processing requests for appointments, receiving and relaying messages, and maintaining professional decorum, neatness, and cleanliness of all common areas in the office suite.

Responding to routine and highly technical requests for information such as status reports, suspense dates for matters requiring regulatory compliance, and similar information readily available in files and databases.

Conducting initial quality assurance review of case/client files to ensure all documents are complete and meet all legal requirements.

Maintaining records and turnover files in accordance with controlling guidance and submitting timely and accurate monthly reports, including productivity and time and attendance reports to the Supervisor.
