Program Manager**:

- Reporting to Mobile Program Management Manager and working within Mobile Business Unit Team.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage New Product Development from concept to mass production in compliance with the New Product Development Process.

- Manage and lead a Program Core team, consisting of representatives across all functions within the organization.

- Manage and lead the Project activities with key partners and supplier.

- Create, plan and manage program Quality Cost and Delivery.

- Build Program WBS and schedule; ensure resources assignments for each task of the program in agreement with functional managers.

- Ensure communication across organization.

- Assess risks and create risk management strategy and contingency plans.

- Report to Executive Staff, Program status and plans, as defined in the New Product Development process.

**_Requirements:_

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Technical area with PMP Certification desired- Languages: Italian, English- Experience:

- Solid understanding of Stage and Gate process, preferential the knowledge of lean methodologies

- A proven track record of 3+ years of experience in new product development projects.

- Experience in multi-functional project team with at least 10-15 team members including R&D, Marketing, Finance, Quality, Operation, Service.

- Experience in the relationship with key partners and supplier for JDM and/or Full-ODM projects.

- Balanced business/technical background:

- Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues

- Ability to provide leadership to business and collaborate with customers to develop strategies and solutions of high business value

**Other Information & Specific knowledge**:

- Experience in using appropriate tools: Microsoft Project and all Office Tools

- Project and Product Portfolio Management (PPM) tool usage experience is a plus

- Spreadsheet data analysis and presentation skills.

Must have the ability to understand and distill a complex picture into a clearly communicated summary

- Ability to create and manage complex schedules in MS Project

- Basic understanding and use of SAP desired

- Ownership and leadership to get the job done.

- Decision-making mindset, especially within tight time constraints and possible limited information

- Ability to be a team leader in a highly technical environment with geographically distributed team members and demonstrated ability to manage by influence

- Strong interpersonal skills and capabilities to interact and negotiate with people of different languages and cultures.

- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands

- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and individuals at all managerial levels

- Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view

- Willing to learn new skills and be highly coachable in this fast paced environment

- Availability to travel mainly in Asia
