Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?
We are looking for a **Mobile App Product Management **to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of **Brand Strategy & Customer Journey**.
You will be responsible for following the process to set up a Lamborghini Customer APP and keep it update in the long time.
Your main activities will be:
- Supporting the definition of the Customer APP roadmap
- Defining Use cases and user journeys and transform them in business requirements
- Steering the development process defining requirements for IT department and potential suppliers
- Ensuring the coherence of the user experience
- Setting and monitoring the Customer App KPI's
- Supervising project activities, providing resolutions for problems and escalating to managers emerging risks and deviations for resolutions
- Supporting project reporting on cost, time and budget
- Supporting preparation of CD and Top Management presentations
**About you
- University Degree in Information Technology or Marketing
- At least 3 years' experience in Automotive and/or luxury industry in developing Customer related platform(s) (customer APPs, web portals, marketing automation tools)
- Experience in Supporting complex digital project development using Agile methodology
- Knowledge of
- Project Management (Agile environment)
- Salesforce
- UX/UI design
- Customer data analysis
- Knowledge of mobile and digital tech (dev languages etc)
- Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
