To strengthen our Digital&Data team we are looking for a Mobile Apps Technical Product Owner.
This individual works with product managers, design leaders, quality assurance engineers, and technical engineers to define the scope of features, communicate technical requirements, and develop mobile app projects.
This position works to foster team efficiency by helping the members stay informed, organized, and working towards a common and actionable goal.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to plan, develop, and execute mobile app projects.
- Assist in definition of user needs and align them to business priorities, objectives, and available resources.
- Create epics and user stories that clearly communicate requirements to the agile development team.
- Lead backlog refinement sessions, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups, and other agile events
- Communicate project expectations and roadmap to team members.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Continuously improve product delivery methods to maximize team effectiveness.
- Work with product management, engineering, data & design leadership to identify and unblock dependencies and constraints that might affect the delivery of initiatives.
- Summarize and communicate app experimentation outcomes in order to define follow-up actions.
- Handle app store content & user feedback.
- Monitor the app service desk and assign tickets to responsible parties.
**Qualifications
Master Degree in computer engineering, management engineering, marketing
3-5 years' experience as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or Business Analyst for mobile apps.
Experience working in an agile team and knowledge of software development/product lifecycles as well as common software methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Agile, and Lean).
Experience with Atlassian Confluence, JIRA, and JIRA Service Desk is preferred
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to focus on delivery, ability to interact with business owners and senior management globally, including strong written and verbal communication skills, strong problem solving, lateral thinking and project management skills, ability to work independently combined with proactivity and under pressure.
Fluent English is required.
