SummaryThe primary purpose of the Director of Maintenance is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.

Education & ExperienceMust possess, as a minimum, a High School education or its equivalentMust have, as a minimum, 2 year(s) experience in a supervisory capacity, in a maintenance/plant related positionExperience working in a Long Term Care facilityMust be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc. , as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systemsMust have the ability to read and interpret blueprintsMust be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulationsMust have general understanding of OSHA and life safety regulationsWhy Legacy Health Services?
