Job Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Mobile Team Leader, to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team to achieve delivery objectives.

The resource will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating the mobile development team, providing best practices, coaching and mentoring mobile developers to perform at their optimum.

Moreover, the resource will be responsible of the delivery process collaborating with Project Managers/Scrum Masters, aiming at delivering to our customers and to the Market the most suitable Solutions for their business needs, based on Mobile Native Applications, work with outside data sources and APIs, third-parties services integration and orchestration.

Delivery Manager

Main Responsibilities

Performing requirement analyses, developing high-quality and detailed designs.

Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery, ensuring quality and timing.

Provide technical leadership to team members.

Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing best practices and habits.

Motivating, delegating tasks and setting deadlines the team to achieve their goals.

Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.

Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, technical knowledge, and communication skills.

Minimum Requirements

5+ years experience in Mobile Development.

2+ years of experience as a Mobile Development Team Leader.

Prior experience working on several mobile apps, preferably apps with scale.

Deep hands-on technical experience on different technologies, as an orientation:

Swift & Kotlin

Firebase

GIT

RxAndroid, RxSwift & RxCocoa

Unit Testing & UI Testing

API Rest

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Strong knowledge of modern design patterns and architectures (MVVM & Components

Oriented Programming).

Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.

Experience with automated testing.

Soft Skills
