Job Description Summary**:

The MoD Commercial Proposals Internship reports to the Senior Commercial Proposal Director with the aim to support him/her and his/her team managing all the commercial activities (new offers or amendments to existing offers) affecting Military service.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- In this role he/she will interact with the Senior Commercial Proposal Director and the ITO team supporting them accordingly to the need and to the mutually agreed priorities

- He/she will work within cross functional teams also interacting with OTR, Finance, Legal, GSC and Engineering organizations for any additional commercial need arising during the offer preparation phase and the entire contract life. - In this role he/she will participate to develop practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals, to execute business objectives and contribute to the overall business strategy

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering from an accredited University (Master will be a plus)

- Academic Excellence

- Fluent written and spoken Italian and English

- Confident Microsoft skills - Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- EU Work Permit

- Knowledge of public procurement process within Italy

- Knowledge of Financials, Business Plan and contract management
