We are currently looking for a THREE Engineersto support one of our Model Based Design projectin Cremona. Responsibilities:1.

Physical engineering modeling of the oil and water circuit where the components are inserted, taking into account mechanical, electrical, thermodynamic and hydraulic aspects. Objective: to develop mathematical models that allow the creation of innovative pumps and HEV and BEV thermal management systems. 2.

Simulations to be able to calculate the energy efficiency associated with the use of a pump on a specific application of a vehicle, according to different working conditions. Objective: to have indications, before the creation of the prototype, of the energy consumption of a pump or thermal management system in a certain application. 3.

3D modeling, using Creo SW, of the previously simulated systems.

Preliminary modeling and sizing of vacuum and brake pumps. Objective: to create an executive project that can be assembled based on the customer's application, which can validate the starting theoretical models. 4.

Plan and follow the tests in the testing departmentObjective: Validate the starting theoretical modelsAbout you:Senior Engineer with PhD, Senior Master Engineer and Junior Master Engineer• Technically coordinate the projects that will be entrusted to him, participating in teleconferences with customers in the automotive sector• Setting up the project according to the client's specifications• Strong knowledge and experience in the components of vacuum pumps and hydraulic brake pumps• Model the physical phenomena that govern the products in Matlab, Octave and AMEsim, specifically implement calculation codes for simulation and sizing• 3D modeling and 2D manufacturing, for the design of specific components• Ability to design and organize experimental testsNext Steps Someone from the Talent Acquisition department will contact you to schedule an initial HR interview.

If successful, a second interview will be conducted to validate your technical knowledge.

In case of a positive outcome from the technical interview, there will be a last qualification meeting with the Client.

If the final outcome is positive, we will discuss our proposal with you.
