Modena Hr Plant Specialist
_COMPANY PROFILE:_
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
The HR Plant Specialist is responsible to support the HR Plant Manager in managing the HR Operations for the relevant plant in which she/he operates.
She/he supports the HR Plant Manager into ensuring the implementation of the Company HR strategy and providing the necessary input and feedback when required.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
She/ He supports the Plant HR Manager in performing all the HR activities of the Plant such as:
- _Workforce planning_ - recruiting, selection and hiring of new Blue Collars, on the basis of Plant volumes
- _White Collars and trainees_ - Planning, recruiting, selection and hiring of new talents, according to Departments needs
- _Training _- training needs collection, training plans definition, funded training managemen
- _Development _- performance management process and career's path creation
- _Communication_ - coordination of Plant communication according to Corporate IC strategy
- _Employees Relations - _managing internal climate and providing support to all employees when needed
- _Payroll and Administration _- coordinating activities with the external supplier for wage and salary administration
- _Industrial Relation _- supporting in managing day by day interaction with unions referring to the CCSL indications
- Reporting and KPI monitoring - Analyzing Human Resources key metrics and utilizing data for process improvement
The resource could be involved in some Plant coordination activities such as catering, security, medical services.
**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS (including education & years of experience)**:
- 3/4 years of professional experience in HR function
- Experience in an industrial environment (automotive, components, machine construction. . . )
- Experience working within a fast-paced, complex, dynamic and multi-cultural business environment
- Direct hands-on experience in some aspects of human resources including: Recruitment, employee relations, employee development, leadership, compensation, labor law, Union interaction
- Dynamic, proactive, results-oriented and creative profile
- Resilience and ability to work under-pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in addition to team work orientation
- fluent in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint), SAP HR is a plus
