Modular Project Engineer (M/W)
The Modular Project Manager will lead Sidel Group transformation through a modularity approach, increasing the customer-centric mindset in all the value chain.
Your Mission Lead modular projects from the product strategy phase to engineering implementation.
Implement and improve the modular academy from training supports up to training and coaching different levels throughout the company.
Sustain platform complexity and customer needs fulfillment through modular governance.
Your Profile Project management skills and experience.
Good leadership and communication skills, able to animate workshops.
Technical background to understand and support team discussions on product lines.
Ability to train and coach populations on modular methodology.
Continuous improvement of processes attitude; experience in the domain is a plus.
