We are looking for Molding Engineer at our location in Asia Region - Vietnam (Hai Duong City) Your task: Meeting with PD, QC, PE about production, quality and machine condition to give issues and solutions. Making improvement report for line issues. When getting NG claims from customer or NCR from QC Dep't, finding root cause and making corrective action follow 8 steps of 8D report. Monitoring the implement and effectiveness of corrective action. Making Supply Request and getting approval when need to buy something for production in line. Internal audit follow yearly plan. Prepare for audit of Customer (if have). Checking production result and q'ty worker in handover sheet of the day before today. Checking production plan. Based on the confirm from planning dep't, control line follows this plan. Giving solutions when occurred problem while producing. Monitoring production result/ stock/ next time export q'ty. Receiving plan from planning dep't, calculating manpower, machine capabilities and others to follow. Confirm delivery q'ty to planning dep't if have suddenly change. Monitoring worker absence q'ty, checking worker absent application and getting approval for them. Control worker skill and worker arrangement at processes. Control probation, overtime and maternity. Inventory all semi product, material and FG in line. Control SAP data daily. Making others task follow manager requirement. Minimum Requirements: Male, Graduate from University in Technical major. Fresher can be accepted. Have experiences is advantage. Good at English, computer skill. Our offer: Attractive salary. Off 2 Saturday & 4 Sunday per month. 3 days off for summer holiday.
