**Responsibilities**:

- Press set-up

- Change of mold

- Visual check on shop

- Ensure the machine runs properly and continuously

- Ensure all work instructions are maintained

- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Middle/High School License

- No specific experience is required

- Proactive work approach

- Good manual skills

- Availability to work across 3 shifts
