ESPRIMO Srl, an IT consultancy company that has been operating since 2002 throughout the national and international territory, to support businesses, is positioned in the Information Technology sector with the aim of providing a wide range of products, services and solutions in the most strategic areas for the company, such as: IT Infrastructures, Content Management, ERP, Business Intelligence, CRM, Web Applications, is looking for a: Functional Analyst to work across multiple platforms and support Operations and Support teams by defining and implementing monitoring. Activities: Work alongside Solution Architects, Software Developers, Tech Lead and Product Owners to assist the design of reliable and resilient platforms and services in accordance to industry best practices and precise requirements. Knowledge of monitoring configuration on various Event Management Software tools like Dataminer, Grafana and various video workflow monitoring probes. Understand the Broadcast architecture vision and help translate the high-level architecture to solution components and capabilities and understand how components integrate with one another and how to make those integrations resilient, reliable and efficient. Ensure solutions designs are technically feasible and can deliver against business SLA's and identify key risks and issues and ensure they are raised. Take ownership of the technical and functional requirement analysis process for particular work items taken into the roadmap – evaluating risks, predicting potential problems, detailing service spec APIs and sequence diagrams. Ensure our team collaborates within and outside CT&I to collectively assess techniques and tooling that can automate manual tasks and reduce toil, ensuring we follow and improve on common processes including operational support standards. Build out relationships with key external and internal stakeholders, obtaining a clear understanding of roadmaps and longer-term strategic goals.
