Job Description:Adecco Italia Spa, in collaboration with Grid Solutions S. p. A. GE VERNOVA, is seeking technical graduates passionate about energy transformation to embark on a professional journey as a Specialized Worker in Wiring/Assembly.
Adecco will select the best candidates for immediate hiring with a Permanent Apprenticeship Contract, alongside an Academy training program to acquire the specific technical skills required for the role.
Responsibilities:Assemble and test electrical and mechanical subassemblies of products according to official procedures, drawings, and superior guidelines. Follow the internal production and testing plan, reporting issues, deviations, and solutions. Support related functions, following up with customers when present. Adhere to the company's EHS quality rules and standards. Minimum Requirements:Technical Institute Diploma (preferred) or professional qualification. Previous technical experience as an electrician/wirer/assembler is a plus. Availability to work in shifts. Preferred possession of PES certification, forklift operator certification, crane operation certification. Basic knowledge in mechanics, electricity, wiring, and interpretation of drawings. Standard knowledge of tools (e. g. , open-end wrenches, drills, torque wrenches, screwdrivers). Basic knowledge of the English language. Good teamwork skills, flexibility, resilience, and problem-solving attitude.
